Incoloy 800/800h/800ht Sheets Plates Coils

Annealing of Alloy 800 Sheets should be done at 982 Degree C (1800 Degree F) for 15 min and then the alloy should be air cooled. Recrystallization anneal of Alloy 800 Plates is achieved at temperatures between 2100 Degree F and 2200 Degree F.
Alloy 800 Coils is also used in extruded tubing for ethylene and steam methane reforming furnaces. The higher creep-rupture strength of Nickel 800 Sheets is the result of aluminum, carbon, and titanium contents. Since Nickel 800 Plates are prone to work–hardening, only low cutting speeds should be used and the cutting tool should be engaged at all times. For high temperature applications requiring optimum rupture and creep properties, Nickel 800 Coils are used.
Incoloy UNS N08800 Sheets has been used in a variety of industries and has become a mainstay in high-temp, high-exposure applications. Do not heat this Incoloy Din 1.4876 Sheets above 1800 Degree F or grain growth will occur with degradation of strength. Meanwhile, preheat or post heat and post weld heat treatment for Incoloy Alloy N08800 Plates are not needed.
